What is iCon-L ?

iCon-L framework for model drived development
The iCon-L framework is a combination of universal software modules and it is used as the basis for almost all ProSign products. Based on the framework, we develop the optimum software engineering package for your hardware and field of application. The framework is accessible to some extent which allows you to realize most of the adjustments. The individual introduction and training of your development staff guarantees fast and safe practice. You can also assign us to assume the complete development of the system package.

The following drivers and Add-ons have been developed for the FIX process visualization software by GEFanuc.

	· CAN (VCI)
	This I/O driver allows free access to CAN bus systems through the virtual CAN interface and corresponding cards by IXXAT.
	· iCon-L-Soft-SPS (ICS)
	This soft-PLC can be graphically programmed using iCon-L. It allows user-specific system connections and signal processing.
	· kieback&peter (KUP)
	This driver allows a modem or RS232 connection to a DDC3000 central unit by kieback&peter. Communication to other units on the central bus, or to units connected over a field or rack bus, is also supported.
	· Multi-Port-RAM (MPR)
	The I/O driver for connection to the Multi-Port-Ram (MPRAM) by BECK and FESTO allows communication with networked PS1 systems.
	· S5 für Windows (IS5)
	The IS5 driver allows you to access S5 for Windows real-time PLC by IBHsoftec.
	· SAIA (PCD)
	This I/O driver for the PCD unit by SAIA AG supports all functions to read and write system parameters. The connection can either be direct or over a modem.
